Wood pallet block compress machine/sawdust block press making machine
Now,we are manufacturing three type of the block machine wood pallet.first one is two forming heads,second one is four forming heads,third is six forming heads . How many forming heads do you want ?and what size of each block ?
1. It usually used for processing wood pallet feet by compress the sawdust.
2.Hydraulic system press and high temperature compress
3.It normally needs a production line including wood crusher--sawdust dryer--sawdust mixer -- block press machine--Automatic block cutter
4.The line needs 4-5 person per shift. And raw material sort (screening), drying, conveying2-3 people, looked that machine 2 people (a person may look at two machines).
5.Each side has the same forming block size .
6.English language electric panel .
7.It can work continuously 24 hours per day .
8.investment recoupment period is 10— 12 months .
